Day 1: Arrival & Qilou Old Street
Arrive at Haikou Airport. Visit Qilou Old Street — a beautifully preserved 1920s arcade district blending Chinese, European, and Southeast Asian architecture. Explore boutique shops, coconut stalls, and the Haikou Clock Tower. Evening: taste authentic Hainanese chicken rice. Overnight in Haikou.
Day 2: Volcanic Park & Museum
Morning at Haikou Volcanic Cluster Geopark (UNESCO Global Geopark) — climb Ma'anling Crater, explore lava caves formed 10,000 years ago, and enjoy views over Haikou city. Afternoon at Hainan Provincial Museum — journey through 10,000 years of island history. Evening free at Holiday Beach for sunset. Overnight in Haikou.
Day 3: Morning Leisure & Departure
Morning at leisure — revisit Qilou Street for souvenir shopping, enjoy fresh coconut water by the seaside, or try the famous Qingbuliang (Hainanese chilled sweet soup). Transfer to Haikou Airport for departure.
