Secure international wire transfer to our corporate bank account. We'll provide detailed banking instructions upon booking confirmation.

Fast and convenient for travelers already in China or with Chinese payment accounts. No transaction fees.

Payment Process

  1. Confirm Your Tour — Once you're happy with the itinerary, we'll send a booking confirmation with total cost breakdown.
  2. Deposit Payment — A 30% deposit secures your booking. We'll send an invoice with payment instructions.
  3. Final Payment — The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your tour start date (or per agreement).
  4. Confirmation — Once payment is received, we'll send a final confirmation voucher with all trip details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before departure

Full refund minus a small administrative fee.

15–30 days before departure

80% refund of the total tour cost.

7–14 days before departure

50% refund of the total tour cost.

Less than 7 days before departure

Case-by-case basis. We'll work with you to minimize losses.
