Payment Process
- Confirm Your Tour — Once you're happy with the itinerary, we'll send a booking confirmation with total cost breakdown.
- Deposit Payment — A 30% deposit secures your booking. We'll send an invoice with payment instructions.
- Final Payment — The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your tour start date (or per agreement).
- Confirmation — Once payment is received, we'll send a final confirmation voucher with all trip details.

More than 30 days before departure
Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
15–30 days before departure
80% refund of the total tour cost.
7–14 days before departure
50% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 7 days before departure
